This is our first of many Beast Mode Saturdays. They will be held every other Saturday at 9am. They will comprise of a heavy, compound movement followed by a strongman event. All abilities are welcome to join in on the fun.
Bench Press Find 2 rep max
- Bench Press must touch chest and be pressed to lockout to count. Do not bounce weight off of your chest.
Atlas Stone-to-Shoulder 1-1-1-1-1
- You will be instructed on how to perform movement. Stone starts on the ground and is brought to knee level then (like a power clean) driven up to rest on your dominant shoulder. At top knees and hips must be straight to complete. Stone must be held up until command to "drop" is announced.
